I have received the below email from Paul Hickey (CC to this email). This might be of interest to the Jitsi developers community.
Begin forwarded message:
I am mailing you somewhat at random, I hope you don’t mind!
I just downloaded Jitsi for the the first time (trying to find a viable alternative to Skype and Viber).
I’m a co-founder at Structure101 and typically when I download a piece of open source for the first time I point Structure101 at it (for kicks).
The first jpg below shows the worst class tangle in jitsi, which isn’t too bad (you should see some of the code we get :), but worth investigating if you or the rest of the crew are interested. If you look at breaking that tangle it will simplify and speed up the development process.
The second jpg shows all the jar dependencies and includes all shipped jars. You will need to zoom in.
If its of interest I would be happy to send you over a license as we provide free licenses for work on open source.
Again, hope you don’t mind my mail out of the blue!
