[jitsi-dev] Fix Debian repo Auth Digest?

#1

Hi,

Please note Debian is now flagging this as a warning, but soon it will
be an error.

W: http://download.jitsi.org/deb/unstable/Release.gpg: Signature by

key 040F57608F84BAF1BF844A62C697D823EB0AB654 uses weak digest algorithm
(SHA1)

Please see this page

https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Apt/Sha1Removal

for further info.

Thanks.

Hi,

this is already fixed for the unstable/testing repos we recently
introduced. There is a stable one with the new key but is currently
only used for jitsi-meet, we will soon move and the desktop client
there and will switch to it.

The reason Jitsi Desktop isn't on the new repo yet is because I wanted to deploy a new stable (2.10) along with moving. We still need the old one for the migration.
There's a list of issues I wanted to get into 2.10 [1], but, as I'm working alone on it, it takes its time. Especially the fucking tray icon.

Summary: I could use some help. And sorry for swearing.

Thanks.
