[jitsi-dev] Failed to allocate channels - no bridge configured

This is a fresh install.
Environment:

Linux private 3.16.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.16.7-ckt25-2+deb8u3
(2016-07-02) x86_64 GNU/Linux

Issue description:

Two parties start video call, can see each other for a couple of minutes,
then client side got: Jitsi VideoBridge Unavailable
Further examining the server log jicofo.log:
