I'm pretty sure this message means the account already exists in Jitsi so
you can't have the same account listed twice.
When you open Jitsi, go to tools > options > accounts and you would be able
to see a list of your accounts in Jitsi. If you don't see the account, try
quitting jitsi, re-open, and perform the same steps to see if the account
is now listed.
