[jitsi-dev] Don't open chat room windows on startup, reconnect?

#1

I'm a tiny bit annoyed by the chat room windows/tabs which open on
Jitsi startup or after recovering from a lost Internet connection. If
there is no new information to be shown and given that we now have the
chat rooms in the contact list, would it make sense to not open the
chat room windows/tabs?
