Thanks for your reply.

I used in public network, the firewall has no any restriction ,I use the iptables -L command and get the result as following:

root@debian-ucom001:~# iptables -L

Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)

target prot opt source destination

Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)

target prot opt source destination

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)

target prot opt source destination

Hi,

Most probably you have a network configuration issue for the
videobridge. If the bridge is on a public address, make sure the
firewall is open for its 4443(or 443 for the tcp support) and udp
10000-20000. If it is on a private address you need to make sure those
ports are forwarded to that machine and jvb is configured to know its
private and public address, checkout
https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-videobridge/blob/master/doc/tcp.md and
the properties: NAT_HARVESTER_LOCAL_ADDRESS and
NAT_HARVESTER_PUBLIC_ADDRESS.

Hi,

You mean the machine running the jvb (the debian8 instance where you
installed jitsi-meet) has a public address and it has no firewall, right?
