Do you have both simulcast and lastN enabled? If so, this could be the problem as having both features enabled at the same time is largely untested.
We do have simulcast disabled. We’ve managed to narrow it down to what we think is a keyframe issue, where the n+1th client doesn’t receive keyframes for the other endpoints.
We had a “smarter" implementation in the past that was hiding the thumbnails of the users that are outside of the lastN set but I _think_ it was removed because it wasn’t actively used and it was adding complexity in the code, so what you observe is “normal”.
Thanks for confirming that. Would this mean that the Last N torture tests, as currently written, would not be valid?
