[jitsi-dev] Connection failed to SIP ports other than 5060

#1

Connection is failed when trying to connect to port 5065. After changing
asterisk's and Jitsi's ports back to 5060 they communicate as expected.

This shouldn't be a problem. Are you sure you changed the port for the
SIP proxy of your account?

Can we see some logs? [0]

Hi,

I left proxy configuration unchanged while changing registrar port to
5065. Shouldn't it use port 5065 for all connections?

P.S. After changing proxy configuration it is now connected to my asterisk
server.

Best regards,
Michael Strelnikov

The registrar address and port as set as final destination of the requests
we send. All packets however (and connections when TCP is used) would always
be sent to the proxy first, regardless of the final destination.
