Hi,

As you describe Jitsi 2.4.0 is WebRTC compatibility so
How can i do video call from Jitsi 2.4.0 to WebRTC Web Client (SIPML5)?

but can i use any XMPP server or jabberd2 only?

I am not sure I understand your question. That said I am not aware of
a gateway that would allow you to connect jitsi to chrome out of the
box through XMPP so if that's the way you are headed you'd need to
consider writing one.

The alternative would be to add ICE support to SIP.
