[jitsi-dev] Bug: not possible to hang up

#1

Hello dear people,

I am using Debian Testing on a Thinkpad X32 with Pulseaudio 4.0.
I've got full KDE, full XFCE, full LXDE (and due to XFCE some parts of g
installed).

Similar installed Software: Kopete, Skype (while skype only works, when
I set the variable PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=30 at start)

Using Jitsi 2.2.4603.9615 with accounts from Sipgate.de and
jabber.ccc.de. Installation was from Website.

The actual Problem:
I called a friend with a sipgate Account.
I heard a free line signal. He heard it ringing. While he answered my
phone he heard nothing. Jitsi did not recognize him picking up the phone
so it continued with the signal of free line. The button for hanging up
did not react, the sound continued. The other buttons in the same window
curiously worked as expected. I had to quit the program for the sound to
stop.

Next try was a number which would need money on my account, what I don't
have. As expected, there was an automatic speech from sipgate informing
me about the impossibility of that call. After that I could not hang up
again.

Thanks for your work!
Rafael
