[jitsi-dev] being offline while being online

#1

for me since the last few nightly iterations, I’ve notived, jitsi putting my status bubble in grey and saying „offline“ while my contacts see me as online, just as I see them online and available.

to reproduce:

* open jitsi
* it connects fine,
* but I’m offline

FYI: I’m in single window mode, should that matter.

regards

Hi,

Thanks for the report, we know for such a problem and will address it
soon. You can temporarily fix this by going away and then back online
when you start.
Will ping you to check is it working ok in single window mode, once we
fix it. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
