Server and port for icq should be able to define.
Perhaps, on some company networks you have to use port 443 to connect.

Hi,

you can try using proxy configuration it is under Configuration ->
Advanced -> Global Proxy.
On the other hand, I think when icq uses port 443 without proxy it
uses http as transport, which I'm not sure that is supported from
joscar lib used for that protocol.
The library is not well supported lately and not so popular, so any
patches and help is welcome :slight_smile:
