Hi, Jitsi customisations required for a startup

Customise VC front end with brand logo - This should be a react frontend and wireframes will be provided

An option to set number of users with video enabled and place in first page, and having the option to randomly rotate these i.e. meeting of 50 , 10 videos on, and every 60 seconds, another 10 switches on. Time should be configurable aswell
On Raise hand option, host can pick which person to talk to, once selected this person would show share the screen with he host. Once question is answered, host can put the member back into the audience
Upload of presentation i.e. powerpoint and takes half screen with host other half (again can provide wireframes)
