Jitsi as SIP softphone

Hello,

I’m using the current stable release from Jitsi to make SIP calls and its working, but at the moment I have some problems which make a central administration of several Linux desktop clients difficult.
I would like to be able to roll out the settings automatically. For this purpose the SIP user accounts should come from an LDAP. In my home directory I found in in ~/.jitsi/ a file with the name probs.hsql.script .

When I open it, it looks like a database and

CREATE USER SA PASSWORD DIGEST …

looks like the field where I can set a password for the current user, but I don’t know which hashing algorithm was used. Or is it the password for the HSQLDB?
I want to deploy automaticly some informations like

INSERT INTO PROPS
VALUES(‘net.java.sip.communicator.plugin.reconnectplugin.ATLEAST_ONE_SUCCESSFUL_CONNECTION.SIP:123456-AB@’,‘false’)
INSERT INTO PROPS VALUES(‘net.java.sip.communicator.impl.gui.accounts.accxxxxxx’,‘SIP:123456-AB@’)

I also added a LDAP phonebook. Sometimes its working, but for the most time it doesn’t…
How can I change to verbose output, to get more information about this issues?
