Jigasi outbound sip calls not working

After upgrading jigasi/jitsi-meet the invite to sip calls is not working.
The jigasi log doesn’t show anything wrong, the registration is done on the sip server as per below , but when adding a phone number the page displays “Failed to add Participant”.
The inbound calls to DEFAULT_JVB_ROOM_NAME are working as expected.
When checking the console from the inspect element into the webpage I also get this error:
