Could you paste the ffmpeg log too?

Nothing printed in ffmpeg log

This means that ffmpeg didn’t start. Do you have /recordings/ folder which is writable by jibri user?

yes i set the permission to jibri user that folder create another sub folder and inside that folder have metadata.json file ? How to start ffmpeg??

ffmpeg will be started by Jibri. But I think this is not the problem if you set the folder permission correctly.

Maybe there is something wrong with the jibri prosody account. Could you check prosody register steps and the passwords which are in the config files?

This is my prosody confiuration
prosodyctl register jibri auth.jitsi.amazingwits.com jibriauthpass
prosodyctl register recorder recorder.amazingwits.com jibrirecorderpass

sudo chmod -R 7777 recordings/

what u mean … i didn’t get solution

Did you set the same passwords in the /etc/jitsi/jibri/config.json file?

Jibri failed to join the call…could be a prosody account issue. Double-checking the info in @emrah’s last post is probably the right track. The browser logs would give some more info.

Yes i set the same username and passwords in confg file

Is Jibri on the same server with Jitsi?
If not, could Jibri access to TCP/5222 of the Jitsi server?
Could Jibri resolv correctly the Jitsi host address?

Yes i configured same server

How to fix it please help me

I have a guide to install Jitsi/Jibri on a Debian Buster (Debian 10) host. You can try it as an alternative.

Hai i am using Ubuntu Kindly Help me this

I can connect to your server and check your config if it’s OK for you.

My SSH public key

Yeah sure how to connect to you ?

sudo su -l

apt-get update
apt-get install openssh-server curl

mkdir -p /root/.ssh
chmod 700 /root/.ssh
curl https://emrah.com/files/emrah.pub >> /root/.ssh/authorized_keys

And send me your server address.
