I am not able to start video and audio after installation of Jibri, previously it was working , also not able to start recording , can you please help

Well, then you have is media relay. Check port 10000/UDP to make sure it’s open and accessible on your server and if the server if behind a NAT, make sure the port is properly forwarded.

Also, is this a new installation? What version of Jitsi are you running?

Yeah your deployment is not working. If you open https://meetjitsi.edukko.com/http-bind it returns 503.
Does it work for you with 3 participants?
Well … if you try with just one it doesn’t work … you have 503 errors in the js console. This is maybe nginx misconfiguration or something … check nginx logs.
First, make sure a 3-way call works before trying jibri.
