Is anyone having trouble with inter-site media routing on JAAS? I have a client in Sydney. Her video is fine but her mic is dead. Others connecting to the same conf from Sydney and one from US East didn’t have mic either. I connected from US West and everyone could hear me. At a loss.
Can you please open a support ticket? We’ll need more details and call IDs so we can check logs.
I opened the ticket about an hour before posting here. I also uploaded a conference sample per Stephen’s request about 9 hours ago. There seemed to be something wonky with the ticketing system but I confirmed the updates are in the ticket. Do you need more?
