IPad app stopped working as meeting joined

Ecobricks.org deployed server had been successfully hosting our weekly meetings for many months but during the last couple of months I was unable to get sound and video upon joining with ipad app. I was able to use the web page app but it was not satisfactory for our use.
We have had to resort to zoom as a result.
Any clues as to what changed and how to correct it?

I did try deleting the app and re-installing it btw.

You should contact the host. It’s impossible to tell what they changed on their server.

We are the host and nothing was changed on the server. I think there was an iPad app update that might have been relevant.
