Not sure what you mean exactly. Did you set a custom server and is it not being used?

It should have retained the settings. If you set the server URL again and close the app and reopen, is it retained?

The URL is reset each time.
it is reset to the following URL.「https://meet.jit.si」
Could you change the setting to retain the URL of the custom server?

You’re right, I could reproduce this. It’s a regression, we’ll fix it.
We’re experiencing the exact same issue. The tablets will not retain our server URL after a reboot or if you hit the back button.
Yep, looks like saving the settings is bust :-/ We are investigating.
