Integrating dynamic adaptability w/ algorithms - Q-learning into Jitsi

Hi @damencho, I am working on integrating dynamic adaptability in Jitsi with algorithms like the Q-learning algorithm into the Jitsi Video bridge.
Could you please tell me if this idea is feasible/okay to implement, if it is could you please guide me w/ starting off the same
