Installation Jitsi on Linux Mint

Hello!
In this web page:

there are a lot of files; which one of them should I download? I run Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon 64 bit on my pc.
Should I install Stable Builds or Latest Nightlies?
And what is the difference between Jitsi Desktop and jitsi-meet?
