I have problem to any change js file in jitsi-meet folder in Ubuntu server ,but not any change !!

I’m not sure I understand:

  • if you cannot change the file, it’s probably a permissions issue. Check you are trying to change it as the root user
  • if you have made the changes, but they are not working, check you have restarted the relevant components (or, if in doubt, the whole server)
  • if you have made the changes, but they have changed back, check you saved them correctly, and check if they were overwritten by an upgrade.
