In jigasi non moderator participant unable to see transcription subtitles. When moderator grants him moderatorship after that he is able to see transcription subtitles.
How can I do that, so every participant can see the subtitles even they are not moderator?

After moderator starts transcriptions (transcriber is in the meeting), non moderators will see the button and can turn it on/off for them.
Not working, After moderator start subtitle I see the other participant menu. Still no option for subtitles.

Which jitsi-meet version is this?
We had a bug like that in the past, I just tested it in one of the latest versions and it works. So I would guess you are hitting that. Try updating.
