Impossible to record

Connect on a jitsi “salon” on; each time I try to record, the window "Commencer l’enregistrement’ opens, with only “Votre enregistrement sera enregistré par le service dédié” close to a jitis logo (i.e. no dropBox text, as mentioned in some tutorials, while my Dropbox is running and active).
I click on “Commencer l’enregistrement” and then I have systematically “L’enregistrement n’a pas réussi à démarrer” > “Contacter le support”
Do I miss some DropBox/Jitsi configuration?
