Don’t use the version on npm, it’s an old one, and not published by us. Install it directly from github.

Hi

I am trying to Build Electron App for my Custom Application.
My Structure
Initial Page points to my Portal
Users login using the credentials
Inside side Menu calls Jitsi Meet Api
Audio / Video/Chat/Local Recording/ Transcribe all works except Screen Sharing.
Shows Desktop Picker not defined.
I was asked to Install Electron Utlities in another thread.

But I am new to Electron and I just followed npm init , Added Main.js and Changed Package.json to Start Electron
Then I used npm start. I understand how to Build Windows and Mac Packages.
But dont know how to add Electron Utlities ( or do i need Lib-jitsi-meet)

I am trying to implement Screen Sharing , Always on Top and Remote Control.

I dont see any documentation for somebody new to Electron to start using it.

Please help.

You need to use this: https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-meet-electron-utils in order to enable screen-sharing on Electron.

@premanandmanimaran21 Have you look at https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-meet-electron, it is a simple electron app showing how to use that.
