How to use LastN through UI

On the latest update, I’ve seen there is already a new feature that enables managing LastN through UI.

Seems like new installations already bring the,

     // startLastN: 1,

So, im guessing previous installations need to add it to config.js.
Is something else needed?
What menu item can we find this tool?
