How to subscribe to the event that the livestreaming (recording) is starting (has started)

Hi.

I have a question. I want to subscribe on event in prosody when user starts livestreaming or recording and get originator (user) of this event. I tried all Pre-routing events (pre-NAME/DEST) but nothing fired.
