How to storage data for conference?

Hi everyone,
I doing countdown timer and i want all participants in conference see it.
Like this under picture.

Check out conference duration timer.
Every client is counting by itself, the server-side just pushes the start value for those that join later…

oh, i dont know use lua language. how do that with js?
