How to set multiple domain on prosody with kubernetes and octo enabled?

Hi!

I’m trying to install jitsi on kubernetes with octo enabled.

I have 5 deployments :

  • Jicofo-Prosody
  • Web
  • Jvb
  • Jvb1
  • Web1

I configured Web and Jvb to be on region0.
Their XMPP_SERVER is the ip of Jicofo-Prosody deployment.
Their XMPP_DOMAIN is equal to “meet.jitsi”
Their public url is equal to jitsi-test.example

Web1 and Jvb1 are on region1
Their XMPP_SERVER is the ip of Jicofo-Prosody deployment.
Their XMPP_DOMAIN is equal to “meet.jitsi”
Their public url is equal to jitsi1-test.example

Jicofo is set to use RegionBasedBridgeSelectionStrategy.

On prosody side, if I put its public_url to jitsi-test.example, users can start conferences on jitsi-test.example but not on jitsi1-test.example and they’re on region0
If I put its public_url to jitsi1-test.example, users can start conferences on jitsi1-test.example but not on jitsi-test.example and they’re on region1

How can I set prosody to accept both urls?

(urls are not real ones, I change them to explain my problem)

Thanks!

I reply to myself if it can help someone
Adding XMPP_CROSS_DOMAIN to “true” in prosody config worked for me
