How to install specific version of jitsi deployment

Hello guys,

Last week I managed to implement my own Jitsi deployment using the quick-install.md procedure. Yesterday I wanted to install a second Jitsi deployment but it installed different versions of every jitsi package including jvb2 instead of jvb(1).

The versions of the packages of the old server and the new server are the following:

	                         New Old
nginx 1.14.0-0ubuntu1.7 1.14.0-0ubuntu1.7
jitsi-meet 1.0.4335-1 1.0.4101-1
jitsi-meet-web-config 1.0.3928-1 1.0.3729-1
jitsi-meet-prosody 1.0.3928-1 1.0.3729-1
jitsi-meet-turnserver 1.0.3928-1 not installed
jitsi-meet-web 1.0.3928-1 1.0.3729-1
jicofo 1.0-539-1 1.0-508-1
jitsi-videobridge 2.1-157-g389b69ff-1 1126-1

How can I install the previous version of the packages? When I try to run apt-get install jitsi-meet=1.0.4101-1 i get dependency issues.

For others who may neet it:

apt-get install jitsi-meet-prosody=1.0.3729-1 jitsi-meet=1.0.4101-1 jicofo=1.0-508-1 jitsi-meet-web=1.0.3729-1 jitsi-meet-web-config=1.0.3729-1 -y
