How to get my money back from 8x8?

I subscribed yesterday and have been trying to reach them for support. After more than 24h, I haven’t heard a single word. This does not give me a lot of confidence in the team running it. So I went to cancel my subscription and it says I will stop getting the service in 29 days.

However, I do not think that I have gotten any service from this company that warrants them keeping my money.

Please help.
