How to get access to webcam video stream?

Hi,
For a custom jitsi meet installation, I need to get access to the video webcam inputs of all attendees in a given room.
I don’t want to store video files but just access the live video stream and treat it front end side in real time.

2 questions :

  • is there any way to do that and add some customized code client side ?
  • is it possible to get access to ALL attendees webcams ?

I would like to code some jstensor code to detect if there is people in front of the camera.
