How to enable Lobby in vanilla installation?

How do I enable the lobby feature in regular installation ?

It is easy in the docker version - ENABLE_LOBBY=1

But how do I enable it in the regular version ?

I reinstalled Jitsi Meet on Ubuntu 20.04 from repo lately. I don’t find any information in my notes on modifying config files for the lobby feature so I assume it should be enabled by default…!?

Clean install using prosody 0.11.x will have it enabled by default.
Does not work with prosody below that version

What is that? Is it related to jitsi?
