How to make phone calls with video on laptops / notebooks ???
Do you have a install of jitsi in self-host server?
If you want them to join you in the jitsi room, just send them the full URL to the room (e.g. meet.jit.si/YourRoomName). When they click on it, they can join.
If you want them to dial in, given them one of the dial-in numbers shown in the “share” box, in the bottom right of the screen.
