Currently your domain uses CloudFlare DNS not our nameservers. You would need to add the DNS Record in their Panel or switch to our nameservers.

This actually has nothing to do with Jitsi. It looks like a message from your hosting service. If you were trying to install Jitsi and got this message, I suspect you tried to add the DNS A record in your hosting provider’s panel instead of Cloudflare’s. That record should be added in your Cloudflare DNS segment.
