How can i setup this (Only moderator will be able to see users video but , users wouldnt be able to see each other’s video)

hey shawn , i saw that post earlier but i couldnt figure it out , coz they are mentioning to setup guest domain or something like that , is it possible to get this done , by some cofiguration changes
