Hi, if I want to host jitsi on my own on aws, which ec2 instance is sufficient for ~100 visitors per day?
Welcome to the forum!
It really depends on how many of those visitors you think will be in meetings at the same time.
Most of the time they do 1 on 1 meetings, so there should not be to much load because of p2p, but it can also be the case that we have two conferences at the same time with 20 participants each. But the thing is, we do not know when this will happen.
I think 4 CPU and 8GB RAM should be fine for that load. The thing with Jitsi is, the most crucial resource is bandwidth. So, that’s really where your focus should be.
