HELP Video stop working and group can't see me but I can see them

VIdeo problem from my side

I have a group and sometimes 1 on 1 of people using Jitsi to match up for calls and sessions, within the last few days I have problem with video using for these connections.

Everything from dropped connections, (on all my Mac computers 2 laptops, and 1 desktop show no WiFi) to video not working on my side or the other, sometimes both sides. I can see them but they can’t see me. My WiFi work (checked) and if I use my cellphone everything works.

My question is, has anything significant changed in the last couple of days (I did update Chrome, and that where everything started) that would generate these types of issues using

I use Chrome
My WiFi is Spectrum max speed

I use Jitsi for almost a year and didn’t have this problem before. Please help. Thank you.
