Some people are harassing others with private messages during jitsi lessons. It can be from simple insults to sexual harassment. Does anyone know how to find out the IP adress of those who did that?

First, you need to enable IP address logging. See: Need to log IP addresses
I wonder if you can modify the private chat code so that it logs who chatted who and when. (Violates privacy, but it’s your server so you can decide how private a “private chat” really is. You could be very invasive and log each chat or share all private chats with the moderator.)
