GRAVE: [29] org.jitsi.jicofo.JitsiMeetConferenceImpl.log() Can not invite participant -- no bridge available

Hello,
A random trouble is occuring in my all-in-one jitsi-meet-jvb-jicofo-jigasi server so when the second participant enters a conference room, both users get disconnected.
I am using latest stable packages on latest debian 10.3 and have this in my /etc/jitsi/meet/conf.tn-config.js
Server is host in France and most users are connecting from Tunisia.
deploymentInfo: {
environment: ‘conf-tn’,
envType: ‘prod’,
shard: “ovh”,
region: “europe”,
userRegion: “africa”
},

randomly blocks with the following messages in jicofo.log
Jicofo 2020-04-23 12:36:32.124 AVERTISSEMENT: [29] org.jitsi.jicofo.bridge.BridgeSelectionStrategy.log() Failed to select initial bridge for participantRegion=africa
Jicofo 2020-04-23 12:36:32.124 GRAVE: [29] org.jitsi.jicofo.JitsiMeetConferenceImpl.log() Can not invite participant – no bridge available.

Commenting all, this way
deploymentInfo: {
},
changes the error log to:
org.jitsi.jicofo.bridge.BridgeSelectionStrategy.log() Failed to select initial bridge for participantRegion=null

I am not using any geolocation load-balancing as i have a single server. My /etc/jitsi/jicofo/sip-communicator.properties looks like this:
org.jitsi.jicofo.BRIDGE_MUC=JvbBrewery@internal.auth.conf.tn

TIA
