Hi when trying to share a screen on Google Chrome, it just crashes and shuts down, has anyone else found this, I’m hosting Jitsi on a Ubuntu 19.10 server?

I’d suggest using the Quick Install documentation to install, it’s aimed at Debian 10 (stable) and Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. You can also try Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, a few workaround are needed which you can find here on the forum too.
I personally can’t help with Ubuntu 19.10 as it’s not an LTS release. My time is limited so I focus on releases that will be around longer, with the potential of having more users and more community and commercial help available.
Please also share other relevant details, specific browsers versions on each end will help a lot.
