Within Google Chrome Version 81.0.4044.122 (Official Build) (64-bit) on the macOS 10.15.4 I am unable to change the camera permission. Also under System Preferences there is no option.

I checked if jitsi in Chrome assumes shared images are under
/usr/share/jitsi-meet/images/virtual-background/
but it requires disabling security on the mac to have that folder writeable.
Anyway I tried that and placed photos there but still greyed out.
Any hints welcomed.
