Getting connection lost issue and unable to unable to see others video

Hi @Freddie ,
We’ve upgraded jitsi meet server yesterday. We are getting connection lost issue and unable to see others video and speaker statistics. Can you please help us to resolve these issues?
Note: I’m attaching js console errors list.

Please don’t tag people in your posts requesting help unless they’re already helping you on the specific thread.

You have websocket issues. Are you running Jitsi in docker?

okay @Freddie . No, self hosted server in Ubuntu 20.04

Right, but is it in a docker or non-docker environment?

It is in non docker environment

Is everything hosted on one server?

Yes. Hosted on same server. Have a plan to add more video bridges using octo. But hosted everything in one server as of now

prosody.log file has some issues I think

Are you using a self-signed certificate?

No @Freddie , added godaddy SSL certificate in nginx/ssl

The cert is not being recognized. Did you add the full chain?
Perhaps you might want to try with letsencrypt, get your server running fine, then switch to the GoDaddy certs.

updated these two lines with godaddy certificates in nginx/sites-available/www.mydomain.com.conf file
Need I give chained certificate for first line?
ssl_certificate /etc/nginx/ssl/www.mydomain.com.crt;
ssl_certificate_key /etc/nginx/ssl/www.mydomain.com.key;

Tried with letsencrypt. But no luck. see the errors in js console panel

What version did you upgrade from?

@Freddie, I’ve upgraded to following versions
ii jitsi-meet 2.0.6726-1 all WebRTC JavaScript video conferences
ii jitsi-meet-prosody 1.0.5675-1 all Prosody configuration for Jitsi Meet
ii jitsi-meet-turnserver 1.0.5675-1 all Configures coturn to be used with Jitsi Meet
ii jitsi-meet-web 1.0.5675-1 all WebRTC JavaScript video conferences
ii jitsi-meet-web-config 1.0.5675-1 all Configuration for web serving of Jitsi Meet
ii jitsi-videobridge2 2.1-595-g3637fda4-1 all WebRTC compatible Selective Forwarding Unit (SFU)

What version were you running before this upgrade?

I don’t remember exactly but it is 5074 something, I think. We had an issue that meetings were not worked in chrome. Then I post a query in this forum and got a reply from you that we need to upgrade jitsi server.

Share your nginx config and also, your jvb.conf.

jvb.conf.txt (197 Bytes)
www.mydomain.com.conf.txt (4.5 KB)
Here are the config files

These look ok to me.
Do you have all necessary ports open? Is your server behind a NAT?
