Focus not connected, bouncing error

we were aligned with jitsi-meet_5142 in ubuntu 16.04 , but while ubuntu upgrading we had some failure and installed clean 20.04. Then we tried to install components in latest stables (jitsi-meet_5765) and replace the configs with ours.

we followed manual install(manually installing jicofo/prosody/video-bridge by apt install command and follow extra steps described) then, we replaced the configs with ours from prev (jitsi-meet_5142). But now while creating a conference within 1-2 seconds I gets disconnected with focus error… and in prosody log, I see that no jicofo is connected though there is no error in jicofo log means no hit.

prosody error :

Latest jicofo does not support connection as a component. Upgrades are handled by debian package updates.

so what should I do?
do a clean quick install first then apply our changes?
