Firefox Host - Chrome client Repeated Disconnections

Dear All

I have a self hosted Jitsi Meet (jvb2) with Advanced installation (behind NAT) and Authentication enabled hosted at https://meet.aiims.edu
It has been working fine for two months.
I usually host rooms from Firefox Browser and users connect in.
Today I noticed an error.

Started a new room on Firefox 77.0.1 (64-bit) , added auth credentials. I am the solo participant. The browser console is silent
Joined from a second computer - Chrome - 83.04.4103 64 bit

This causes SOMETHING WENT WRONG error on the host computer

The basic errors are
"This client does not support P2P connections"
“Changing the number of m-sections is not allowed” Logger.js:154:22
Failed to send E2E ping request or response. undefined [Logger.js:154:22]
Bridge Channel send: no opened channel. [Logger.js:154:22]
