Failed to send a packet to target /xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:35188:java.io.IOException: No active socket

We receive a lot of these errors during use. Let me know the cause and how to fix this problem.
Thank for supports.

The first set of errors I see when someone closes his tab. The second can be a problem if that endpoint is still in the conference, you need to verify that, whether that participant had left.

User still exists in room. But we did not recognize the video or audio of that person.
This is not always the case. If we reload the page, it should work again.

Is this Chrome or Firefox?

It happens on chrome.

So you do not have audio and video. Have you followed the advance part from quick install guide about ports opening, forwarding and also the bridge private & public address?

org.ice4j.ice.harvest.NAT_HARVESTER_LOCAL_ADDRESS = AWS_LOCAL_IP

org.ice4j.ice.harvest.NAT_HARVESTER_PUBLIC_ADDRESS = AWS_PUBLIC_IP

I have configured it. The problem occurred when I updated the version for jitsi.
Can you share me the current configuration file of JVB of meet.jit.si?
Thank you so much.

So you currently do not have any audio video if you open 3 tabs? This is the problem?

JVB config will be of any use. We use websockets instead of datachannel for the bridge.

But not having a data channel is not the cause of the problem of not having audio and video.
