External jibri login problem

Hi, i am using jitsi meet alongside with jibri module for recording. jistsi is installed in docker and jibri is also installed using docker in a seperate server. i putted same user/password for both jitsi-meet and jibri docker environment variables. but that seems jibri can not login to xmpp server:
