Error Recording - Recorders busy

Hello, since yesterday I’ve been had problems recording my lessons!

It has happened before, so I changed room, but this time I’m still receiving this message error.

Could be anyone so kind to help me understand what the problem is?

As it says the available recorder(s) may be busy. If you are the only person using the recording services, then may be go to the jibri server and kill ffmpeg process or restart jibri service.
