My non-profit organization is planning to use meet.jit.si to have virtual meetings with staff and 1:1 meetings with customers. I’ve searched this forum and haven’t been able to find end user requirements. Our customers are folks that are struggling and are less likely to have high speed connections, latest hardware, etc. Are there guidelines that you can share that will help me convey to our staff the minimum requirements needed to connect to meet.jit.si, e.g. browser and speed of connection?
Also, thanks for putting together such a remarkable free service! As part of our rollout, I’m going to put together some job aids/tutorials. I’m not a technical person, but am interested in giving back to the community. Would you be interested in what I produce?
